“The service I received was some of the best I have experienced with online shopping - My Mini Monsters website is clear and easy to navigate. It shows clear contact details by email and phone. The option to enlarge the image is good and very clear. I was impressed with the automated emails sent to update on despatch and payment. I also received and email from you in reply to my question once I had placed the order. I was also amazed to see my product arrived the next day!

I have recommended the website to others and will definitely use it again. I feel that customer service and a good level of contact and information for the customer is what makes online shopping stress free. That way you know that even if you have a problem with an order it will be resolved.
