Textiles/Soft Furnishings/Gifts Stock permitting, all orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours, to arrive with UK customers within 5 to 7 working days. If for any reason there is a further delay, we will endeavour to contact you to notify you of the delay and dispatch your order as soon as possible. In order to speed your delivery up we may send your order direct from the manufacturer. |

Textiles, soft furnishings and gift type products are usually delivered via the post or carrier. Don’t worry if you are not in when they call, a note will be left so that you know they’ve been. There will be a phone number for you to ring to arrange a new delivery time or an address for you to go and collect your parcel at your convenience.
Furniture
Orders for or including furniture will be delivered using our manufacturer’s home delivery service. Their team will contact you shortly after you have placed your order to arrange a suitable delivery date with you.
In addition to direct delivery, we are able to offer an assembly service through our manufacturers, whereby their specialist team will deliver the furniture to your home, assemble the items in a room of your choice and clear away all of the packaging.
All furniture orders will be dispatched within 4 to 8 weeks. The delivery and assembly charges are as follows:

Please note that all overseas deliveries may be subject to local import duties, and may be affected by Customs and Excise delays. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. My Mini Monsters cannot be held liable for any local import duties and taxes imposed.
Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. My Mini Monsters will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.
