Q. How long will my order take to arrive?
A. Stock permitting, all furniture orders will be dispatched within 4 to 8 weeks. All other orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours to arrive with UK customers within 5-7 working days. If for any reason there is a delay, we will endeavour to contact you to notify you of the delay and dispatch it to you as soon as possible.
Q. How much will delivery cost?
A. Please see our Delivery page for our delivery pricing structure. The delivery price will be shown in your shopping basket, so you can see any charges made before confirming your order. Please note that all overseas deliveries may be subject to local import duties and may be affected by Customs and Excise delays.
Q. What forms of payment are accepted?
A. We accept payment by credit card and debit card and you may also pay using a PayPal account. We are sorry, but no other forms of payment can be taken. All transactions are shown in pounds sterling (£). MyMiniMonsters welcomes payment by the following credit and debit cards: Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Debit, MasterCard, Maestro, Solo.
We will charge your account with payment at the time that the order is allocated for delivery to you. If products are not available for any reason after we have accepted your order, we will let you know. Any charges already incurred will be refunded.
Q. How do I know my online transaction is secure?
A. All transactional information passed between MyMiniMonsters and the Sage Pay Systems is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and any messages sent to your servers from Sage Pay are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering. You can be completely secure in the knowledge that nothing you pass to the Sage Pay servers can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.
You can pay for your order with PayPal at www.MyMiniMonsters.co.uk. PayPal was initially used on Internet auction websites such as eBay to help act as a middleman for the consumer. PayPal works by allowing any business or consumer with an email address, to securely send and receive payment from a PC or web-enabled mobile phone.
Due to its popularity, PayPal’s network has grown increasingly onto other e-commerce sites and is considered to be one of the most safest and preferred methods to pay for a transaction over the Internet today.
Q. What will happen to my personal information once I register?
A. Any information you provide will be held securely and only used to process your order and for statistical purposes. Should you agree we will also advise you of any offers or promotions we may be running. Your information will not be used by or sold to any third parties.
Q. Will I receive an order confirmation for my purchases?
A. We will acknowledge your order shortly after we receive it and will send you a further email to confirm that we have processed your order.

A. Here at MyMiniMonsters, we are trying to play our part in making the world a happier place and remain aware of green issues. Q. Can I choose a delivery time for my furniture order?
A. All orders for or including furniture are delivered using our manufacturer’s Home Delivery Services. Shortly after placing your order with us, you will be contacted by a member of the team to arrange a suitable delivery date with you. We cannot always guarantee a particular date or time, but we will do our best to accommodate your requirements. Textile orders are delivered using a carrier or by post and we are currently unable to guarantee a particular day or time for delivery. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused, but should the carrier or postman deliver your parcel when you are not at home, they will leave a card or contact you to arrange an alternative delivery, or arrange for you to collect it.
Q. Can I track my order online?
A. Sorry, we do not currently have an order tracking facility available. Should you wish to see where your order is up to, please contact us by email at info@myminimonsters.co.uk or phone 0844 414 2110 and we will happily update you.
